Reflecting back on having just bought my first home, I can’t thank Matt & Jason enough for all her help! Being unfamiliar with the area and current market trends, I knew very little about what to look for which made Matt & Jason’s professionalism & expertise that much more helpful for me throughout every step. Originally we were looking to buy, but due to time constraints and a fast moving market, we decided to rent with assistance from Matt. Matt was knowledgeable with the processes for both buying and renting houses. He is very personable and efficient . All went smoothly and we moved within 2 months time.
