As nervous new immigrants, we were worried that achieving our dream of home ownership wouldn’t be possible within our budget and desired neighborhood. After carefully searching the market and some rigorous negotiating by Matt & Jason, we were able to find our dream starter home for under asking and within our budget! You cannot imagine how fortunate we feel to have had their trusted guidance and expertise throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Originally we were looking to buy, but due to time constraints and a fast moving market, we decided to rent with assistance from Matt. Matt was knowledgeable with the processes for both buying and renting houses. He is very personable and efficient . All went smoothly and we moved within 2 months time.
