Originally we were looking to buy, but due to time constraints and a fast moving market, we decided to rent with assistance from Matt. Matt was knowledgeable with the processes for both buying and renting houses. He is very personable and efficient . All went smoothly and we moved within 2 months time. We could tell that Matt really cares about his clients....and todate he still keeps in touch! Matt sends listings on a regular basis to keep us informed of the Market Place.
